A correctional officer at a state-run facility that houses and treats sex offenders has been charged with sexually assaulting two detainees. Anthony C. Nelson, 37, of Piscataway, is charged with two counts each of sexual assault and criminal sexual contact, the Middlesex County Prosecutor’s Office said Friday.
